STEP FOUR: Add the milk to the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are combined.

STEP FIVE: Place the dough onto a large floured surface and roll it until it forms a dough ball. Add additional flour as needed while you are rolling it into a ball.

STEP SIX: Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to an approximate 10×12″ rectangle.

STEP SEVEN: In a separate bowl add brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Whisk together. Add the vanilla and butter. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.

STEP ELEVEN: Place cinnamon rolls in the 11×7 baking dish. Then bake at 375 degrees F 28 to 30 minutes. While the cinnamon rolls are baking start the icing.

STEP TWELVE: In a medium mixing bowl add cream, butter, and vanilla. Using a hand mixer beat together until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

STEP THIRTEEN: Slowly add powdered sugar while continuing to beat together. If needed thin icing with milk, 1 tbsp at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

STEP FOURTEEN: When the cinnamon rolls are finished baking remove them from the oven and cover them in icing.

STORAGE

IN THE FRIDGE: Once you have iced the rolls, it is best to keep them in an airtight container in the fridge to stop the cream cheese frosting from spoiling. Eat them within 7 days.

IN THE FREEZER: You can also freeze homemade cinnamon rolls before you add the frosting. Pop each one in a freezer bag, freeze it and store for up to 3 months. To eat, defrost overnight then add the frosting.
