Never Think About What to Make for Dinner for the Next Two Months with My Lazy Cooking Bundle
Hi there! Its Deanna from Mirabelle Creations. Summertime in our house means its baseball season. My son is completely obsessed with playing in games, practicing, watching baseball on television, and reading about it in Sports Illustrated. A couple of months ago he celebrated his seventh birthday with a baseball themed birthday party. Ive sharing a super simple DIY craft that we used for his birthday party.
Instead of purchasing disposable plates for the party, I made baseball plates from ceramic plates I purchased at the Dollar Store. They were simple, inexpensive, and can be used over and over.
What youll need:
1. Using a red Sharpie, draw the baseball seams. Start by drawing two semi-circle shapes on each side of the plate. Draw v-shaped seams down each semi-circle, in opposite directions.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake plates in oven for 30 minutes. Cool.
3. Hand wash plates, only. The plates hold up nicely when hand washed, but the color will fade if washed in the dishwasher.
Its that simple! For more baseball party ideas, please visit the full party post for this Modern Baseball Party.
