We had a terrific summer and I enjoyed everything we did but I didn’t even get to half of what was on my list! We’ve still had some nice days, so we’ve been enjoying the time outside after Sam gets home from school. I love the pristine air and the walks through the woods.

Sam, Cassie (our dog), and I took a nature walk in our neighborhood the other day and even that was pleasurable. We collected some leaves among other interesting-to-a-boy things. Sam had a good time exploring every nook and cranny. I had a good time being with him. When we got home we used the leaves for an easy art project. We spray painted the leaves a fun color, let them dry, and mounted them within a matted frame we already had. We attached the leaves to cardstock with glue dots. Easy!
One of the things that constantly amazes me is how grungy Sam can get, no matter what he does! I used to think that boys getting dirty was just a cliché, but it’s the truth. You’ve got to use a powerful laundry detergent to get rid of the grime and grubby little boy smell. ARM & HAMMER Clean Scentsations Liquid Laundry Detergent does the trick. Choose what inspired by nature scent you like instead of Eau de Dirty Little Boy — Sun-Kissed Flowers, Twilight Sky or Purifying Waters — and enjoy powerfully clean laundry that smells as fresh as the great outdoors.
ARM & HAMMER has been a trusted product since the 1800s — just think of all grime and dirty little boy smells they’ve eradicated!
