One of my favorite parts of having a themed get together is creating the food table. If you’re getting ready to have a football themed party, you won’t want to miss this recipe. It’s easy to make and adds a real wow factor to your table spread.

Sam was delighted to find we were making football shaped cookies. He loves to help out in the kitchen — especially when our project is in a fun shape. I love having him help me pour ingredients in and mix. The older he gets, the better at it he becomes. I’m glad to soak up this one on one time together and listen to his little chatter while we work.

This recipe is easy to make and provides a delicious treat your guests will love. You could also arrange the cookies on a plate with “grass” {coconut flakes mixed with green food coloring}. Sam couldn’t wait to try a cookie after they were ready. This is definitely a recipe we’ll be making again soon!

Mazola® Corn Oil is a heart healthier option than many other, high saturated fat alternatives, and based on a recent study, can help lower cholesterol more than extra virgin olive oil. Mazola Corn oil contains more cholesterol-blocking plant sterols than other cooking oils? In fact, it has 4x more plant sterols than olive oil and 40% more than canola oil. While we’re on the topic of The Big Game, check the helpful infographic below!
