Kid’s Party Food: S’Mores Pie

By  | Last Updated:

Have you noticed how popular s’mores have become? They’re almost always on the dessert table at a camp-out or bonfire but I’ve seen (and tried!) way more versions than the outdoor variety. Sam and I have made a couple of versions that can be done without a campfire, which makes them perfect to use for a popular kids’ party food option. When I saw the recipe for this Chocolate Ganache S’more Pie from Dorothy, at Crazy for Crust, I wanted some. Immediately. I would eat a piece of the fudgy goodness right now if I had it in front of me. It is super-easy to make. If you don’t count the crust there are only three ingredients!

Go to Crazy for Crust for a copy of Dorothy’s recipe. You can buy a pre-made crust for this or make your own with her perfect graham cracker crust. While you’re in her neighborhood you might want to check out her S’more Oreo Truffles or S’more Pudding, too. The mini Fruit Tart Cheesecakes look good. So does the Peanut Butter Oreo. I have my eye on her Zucchini Cinnamon Rolls.

I wonder if you can gain weight just looking at this yummy stuff?!
