This post is part of a sponsored campaign, however all thoughts and opinions are my own. #PEPCIDTastemakers

Mike and I both love spicy food. Since Sam was born, we don’t cook as much of it as we used to, but when we get take away, it’s often something spicy. As we’ve both gotten older though, I’ve noticed our bodies don’t always handle the spices like they used to. I never used to deal with heartburn {stomach acid escaping into the esophagus} and now I’m almost scared to eat my favorite foods because I dread the heartburn.

Heartburn Relief

Thankfully, we’ve discovered PEPCID®. It’s a dual action product that combines an antacid with an Acid Reducer. As a result, it starts working in seconds and lasts all day or all night which means long term relief for me! PEPCID® COMPLETE® is available as a chewable tablet in Mint or Berry. PEPCID® COMPLETE® can be taken at the first sign of heartburn.

More than 25 million adults experience heartburn daily. Everyone has different trigger foods for heartburn: tomatoes, fried and fatty foods, chocolate, garlic, raw onions, mints, vinegar, citrus fruits or juices, spicy foods, ketchup and mustard, and coffee. Things like stress and weight can also lead to problems. Taking PEPCID® COMPLETE® can help with heartburn.

I love that PEPCID® tastes great and isn’t chalky, like other products I’ve tried. It’s easy to take and provides such quick relief. I really enjoy the Berry flavor and Mike liked the Mint.

With your PEPCID® in hand, you can enjoy these delicious Spicy Beef Fajitas:

He has taught her that it’s okay to jump first and look later, to wear a dirty shirt to the park and to decide that today is a good day to take a nap in your rubber boots.
