Peach Cobbler Martini

By  | Last Updated:

You don’t have to read the latest study to know that friendships are good for you! You also don’t need to have someone tell you that moms often put taking care of themselves last on the to-do list. For example, when was the last time you made time for a get-together with your dearest women friends? Bet it’s been a while. Isn’t it time to plan some girlfriend fun? In this Girls’ Night In, part two, you’ll find more ideas for a great mental health evening for big girls…who might sorta act like silly teeny boppers…just for a little while. Cats not invited.

EVENING FOR THE ARTS :: Pick a scene from a play, give everyone a copy of the script and enjoy playing a character without ever moving from your seat. This can also work well with poetry reading. Or, if most of your friends play an instrument, make music together. Even the untrained can add rhythm with drum beats, hand claps, etc.

In case you get thirsty, here’s another sweet drink to toast the peach season, good girl friends and having fun.
