Stunning Moroccan Boy Baby Shower

By  | Last Updated:

A baby boy shower is often done in pastels or crayon brights, but this party was done in exotic jewel tones! Ebony, of Sparkling Events, submitted these decoration ideas for a Moroccan Baby Shower that her family threw for her. Ebony has wanted to do a baby shower in this theme, so her family totally surprised her with a fabulous cake and dessert table and a lovely afternoon for the mama-to-be.

As you enter the dining area, you are immediately transported to a grand banquet hall. The lovely gossamer tent panels overhead coordinate with table coverings in cobalt, teal, and purple. Dashes of orange, magenta and green really make things pop and gold tones sparkle throughout. Even the chairs have been gussied up with sheer ribbon and bows.

Exotic lanterns, colored votive holders and golden candle sticks enhance the aura of foreign allure. Gold chargers under white plates are topped with favor bags; silken napkins are at each place setting. Crystal goblets, with a golden rim, accent the table. Orchids grace golden serving platters. It even sounds regal, doesn’t it?!

The dessert table really celebrates the greatly anticipated arrival of a young prince. Jewel-tone tablecloths command attention and the decorative motifs on the three-tiered cake look awesome; the top layer looks like a genie’s bottle! Golden frames encircle numerous sweet treats including macarons, cupcakes and candies. Tall, gold-tone cube vases hold bright flowers and slender tree branches give the table extra sparkle. Much love was lavished on mama-to-be in these party details. Even if she wasn’t actually transported to Morocco, she must have felt like a queen!
