Fireman Birthday Party Celebration {Fire Truck Ideas}

By  |

There are so many great ideas in this fireman themed second birthday party!

This fireman birthday party is so adorable that I was thrilled when Virginia from That Cute Little Cake contacted me about featuring it.

After years of planning girl birthday parties, planning a boy’s birthday party was an exciting change for Virginia.

I loved to hear that she gathered inspiration from my own son Sam’s fireman birthday party theme. It’s always fun to know that others like the ideas you’ve shared and are able to use their creativity to make the theme their own!

The birthday banner used over the table is super cute — the fire engines and flames under the letters of the birthday boy’s name are very nice touches.

The flames on top of the building and around the table are great too. She says she was inspired by the buildings I did for my dessert table and it was fun to see her take on the fire hydrants with licorice hoses that we did for Sam’s party too.

That fire truck cake is perfect for the theme! I love the little details and that her son’s birthday is the license plate number. The flaming cake pops and sugar cookie ladders are awesome touches as well.

How fun is it that the birthday boy had his own fireman chief sign on the back of his chair? The table is also decorated nicely with each kid guest receiving a “fire” bucket” and fire truck placemat.

This fire engine toy would be a great favor idea to go on the table as well. But I’m sure all the kids had a great time wearing their fire chief hats.

I think the flaming streamers hanging over the tables are beautiful and so simple! It’s a great tie in to the dessert table.
