Sharing Special Moments with Help from XFINITY

By  | Last Updated:

Mike, Sam and I live pretty far away from family. While this has always made me a little sad, it especially made me sad when Sam was born. I’ve always been close to my dad — he’s actually Sam’s namesake — so I hate that he can’t enjoy regular moments with my little guy.

Thankfully, we live in the day and age of technology. This makes it possible to enjoy staying in touch even when the miles separate us.

Sam at Air Museum

I’m thankful we’ve been able to spend many holidays and birthdays with family. Some of the moments I would love to be able to share include Sam’s events like t-ball games and field trips.

Sam at Disney

Last year, when we were in Disney, he ran the children’s marathon after Mike ran the Disney Half Marathon. I took several photos, but I wish I could have shared his excitement live with our family. I’ll also never forget how excited he was when he met Goofy!

Other precious moments include our first days at home when everything Sam did filled me with wonder. Those early days will forever be some of my favorite memories together.

Share your life with those you love on a bigger screen. It’s easy!

Stephanie Keeping

Stephanie is in love with a boy named Sam. He has taught her that it’s okay to jump first and look later, to wear a dirty shirt to the park and to decide that today is a good day to take a nap in your rubber boots. She hangs out here blogging at Spaceships and Laser Beams and at our printable party shop on Etsy.
