Is Amazon Mom Worth It?

By  | Last Updated:

Having a baby is potentially one of the most expensive things you’ll ever do. From their darling little outfits, toys, and books to the endless amount of diapers, every item adds up even when they’re teeny tiny. Thankfully with three boys, I’ve been able to re-use many items to help our budget, but all the everyday expenses can add up quickly. I’ve also found it be very inconvenient to try to shop with all three boys in tow. It’s so frustrating to realize you’re out of a basic item like diapers or wipes at nap time with three cranky kids to deal with.

Is Amazon Mom Worth It?

When I found out about Amazon Mom, I was immediately in love. It’s a membership program that helps parents save on all the products you’ll need. Some of the perks I love include:

  • 20% off all diapers and wipes — and they have a huge selection of brands and sizes
  • 20% all other family essentials like bath time products and toys
  • Free two day shipping with my Amazon Prime account {Check out why I think an Amazon Prime membership is worth it here.}
  • Expecting moms will receive a 15% baby registry completion discount
  • Ability to set up Subscribe & Save for great discounts and automatic shipments so you never run out again

They are also running a special right now for all new members from now until April 10. When you sign up, you’ll receive 50% off select packages of diapers.

After taking advantage of the savings over the last several years, it’s one of the easiest — and best — choices I’ve made as a mom. I don’t have to worry about trips to the store. I also love the occasional coupons I can take advantage of to save even more. They’re available right at check out and don’t require me to clip or remember to take them with me. Perfect!

If you are overpaying for products or forgetting items at the store, I would encourage you to join Amazon Mom and test out the savings and convenience. I am confident you’ll love it as much as I do.
