A boy’s secret agent birthday party is a perfect theme idea for a guest of honor who wants to be a spy when he grows up (and what little boy doesn’t want to be a spy when he grows up?!).
Red, black, white and silver made for a tech inspired color palette, setting the tone for a thrilling event.
Just wait until you see the birthday cake, creative dessert table and impressive decorations. I’m sure the awesomeness of this party didn’t stay a secret for long!

Carol Colon, of Partylicious, has done it again with this awesome styled party.
If you want to make a big impression with your party guests, the dessert table is always a great place to start! I just love the dessert table backdrop Carol designed for this party. It definitely catches your attention.
I love that a secret agent is hanging from the top of the backdrop, being careful to avoid red laser beams and certain destruction! Do you think he may be trying to sneak down to the dessert table without being detected?
From the looks of the delicious treats below, would you blame him?
The incredible balloon displays framed the backdrop and provided show stopping accent columns showcasing the birthday boys age. Isn’t it amazing what an impact balloons can make?
Techy looking crates, white platters and glass apothecary jars were home to the best kept secrets: desserts inspired by the theme.
Carol’s dessert table looked perfectly cool, full of desserts and a terrific cake and cupcakes.
Look at the spy inspired fondant details on those cupcakes.
And, how awesome is that cake? I love the bomb, briefcase, detective hat and accent pieces that made up the cake. A flashlight that actual works? Wow!
From moustache and sunglass shaped cookies to French macarons, coconut macaroons and brownies, the dessert table surely did not disappoint.
Candy favorites were also available, which I’m sure the guests were happy to eat up so that no sweet evidence was left behind.
A separate favor table was styled with red goodie bags lined up in rows.
Each had a secret agent card and lanyard – such a fun token for guests to take home to remember the “top secret” details of such a thrilling party theme.
Little spies had a lot of fun details to uncover in this party. Great job Carol!
