Sensationally Sweet Events did a fabulous job of styling all of the creepy, crawly specifics using printable designs by Concept-Designs.

One of the details I love most has to be the printed backdrop sign. Customized with “Jaxyn’s Reptile Park” on a field of snakeskin and a with an iconic frog figure, this sign really sets the stage for an amazing dessert table.

I love how rustic décor and natural elements, like the plants and moss, pair together to create an outdoorsy feeling.

The reptile banner by Memories are Sweet – Lolly Buffets is the perfect simple accent and dresses up the front of the table. A moss-covered paper mache number 5 pays tribute to the birthday boy’s new age.

Using shades of green, oranges and browns, the dessert table definitely reflects a reptilian theme. I love the draped tablecloths, gathered to reveal a burlap underlay.

Truly impressive cupcakes by The Cupcake Parlour Brisbane, topped with edible creatures, look amazing on tiered cupcake and treat stands.

And if you happened to have a hankering for a chocolate bar, they’ve got you covered. I adore the custom candy bar wrappers. So cute!

Beautifully displayed on the tabletop, the crocodile cookies by Sweet Arts by Bek are appropriately more cute than scary, and look delicious atop a bed of lime green Sixlets.

And the frog shaped macarons by “Whisky Business – macarons made to order” are seriously adorable. Have you ever tried Australian “slices” (a sort of puff pastry and cream confection)? Mmm! Those slices from Taart are calling my name.

In addition, glass jars were filled with a wonderful variety of candies, including “crocodile eggs” in custom topped bags. Snakes and other reptiles were creatively placed around the dessert offerings. After all, a reptile party needs reptiles.

For favors, a little sign on the dessert table invited guests to fill up a gift bag with sweets. What would you pick? With so many delicious looking treats, it would be hard to choose! This reptile themed party had it all!
