30 Robot Birthday Parties You Will Love

| Stephanie | Party Central Comments

This could be the most insane blog post I have ever done. Actually, I know it is. From robot dessert tables to robot favors to robot cakes and cupcakes, it's a round-up of 30 of some of the best robot party ideas and supplies online. Sit back, grab some robot fuel and enjoy.

I would love to attend a party where popcorn was available in these robot popcorn bags. This heightened level of adorable was served up by Melbourne Epicure.

Speaking of robot cakes, this one from Ciao Annie is beyond awesome. Created for her son's first birthday party, it has real working lights. 'Nuff said.

These DIY robot favors have to be some of the best I've seen for a robot party. Little Bit Funky made them out of a slinky, box tick tacs, chocolates and crayons for her son's third birthday party.

This robot party was a labor of love for Etincelle Creative Studio. From the dessert table to the handmade favors her client was thrilled with the results.

Domestic Charm threw this robot party to celebrate her son's fourth birthday. The themed activities were fun for kids and parents alike -- including the DIY robot bodies for the kids and adults to dress up in.

I cannot get enough of the robot cookie pops that were part of this robot themed party Ma' Cake and by featured on Sweet Designs by Amy Atlas.

Robot Birthday DIY Cupcake Stand

| Stephanie | Party Crafts and DIY Comments

I had to continue our unofficial robot birthday party week with another great Pinterest  find: a super awesome robot cupcake stand. I don't care how old the boy is (including 41 like my husband) he is going to love these robots. And the fact that these cupcake stands made out of household items including cans, cookie sheets and bottle caps is music to the ears of DIY mom (like me). I hope I'm giving proper credit to this photobucket user but if someone else is the originator please do let me know as i would like to link back.

How to Carve a Watermelon Robot

| Stephanie | Party Food Comments

Could there be any more fitting a party food for our unofficial robot party week? The National Watermelon Promotion Board has a tutorial on "how to carve a robot watermelon." I'm sure this is where you can get super creative but their suggestions include hex bolts, hitch pin clips, wing nuts, spring nuts and more. Sounds like a trip to the hardware store is in order for your next robot party! Although this also sounds like something I could rope my husband into -- as how many party projects start with a trip to the hardware store, which is something he could totally get behind LOL. I original found and bookmarked this via the amazing site, Craft Gossip.

Robot 5th Birthday Party Dessert Table

| Stephanie | Party Central Comments

I fell completely in love with this robot themed birthday party as soon as I saw it. In fact, I loved it so much I blogged about the robot party favors as well as the robot cake already! This party was thrown by Kat of Kat's Cakes for her son's fifth birthday. In addition to that adorable cake, sweet treats that were part of the dessert table included robot sugar cookies, macarons in lime green and turquoise, jello, custom wrapped chocolate bars and pops.

Robot Birthday Party Cake

| Stephanie | Cool Cakes Comments

Who can resist a cute robot cake? Not me! (Obviously.) I had to share this sneak peek of the robot cake that is part of a dessert table that Kat of Kurri Kurri-based Kat's Cakes put together for her son's birthday party. I am working on the full post about the robot themed dessert table. But as soon as I fell in love with this guy, I knew I had to share. Plus it's unofficially robot week here at Spaceships and Laser Beams -- so resistance was futile.

Robot Birthday Cake Design

| Stephanie | Cool Cakes Comments

Wow!

It's becoming a bit of a robot birthday party week here on the blog! Yesterday, I featured these robot party favors and today it's the cutest little robot cake ever. It was created by Jamie of Yuma Couture Cakes -- a cake business in Yuma, Arizona -- for her own son's birthday. Given the teeny tiny scale of this cake, I could even see it as a fancy little smash cake for a robot themed first birthday. I love this guy! And his little cake. This is easily one of the most original robot birthday cakes I have seen in a while. We've also got a photo of the birthday boy that shows the scale of this cake at the end of the post.

Robot Birthday Party Favor

| Stephanie | Party Central Comments

How fabulous are these robot birthday party favors? I love how sweet and simple they look -- although we all know how hard it is to make something look simple and fabulous at the same time. (By the way, if you're looking for more robot birthday party ideas, be sure to check out all the cute parties we've previously featured.) These favors were part of a birthday party that Kat of Kat's Cakes -- based in Kurri Kurri, New South Wales -- threw for her son. The green and blue color palette is so fresh and I truly do love the robot tag from Owly Molly Print.

Robot Birthday Party Dessert Table [Boy Bash]

| Stephanie | Boy Bash on a Budget Challenge Comments

Every Tuesday, we're going to be featuring a budget themed dessert table or tablescape from the talented women who have graciously volunteered to take on our Boy Bash on a Budget Challenge. And we're even going to throw our own work into the ring from time to time and follow the same budget confines. Every participant gets the Spaceships and Laser Beams Collection of their choice + $50 for a dessert table or $20 for a tablescape. They can also use anything they are able beg or borrow, make themselves or already own.

How fun is today's Boy Bash on a Budget Challenge submission? It is a robot themed dessert table by Courtney of Buttercream Bling. I can't get enough of the robot she created as the vertical element (as Amy Atlas says) for the dessert table. I also like how the green and orange of our collection pops against the white table cloth. Check out all of the fun photos from Erica Williams Photography.

Robot Birthday Party!

| Stephanie | Party Central Comments

The boy's birthday party we're featuring today is a robot themed birthday that Candace of Lily Paul Designs threw for her son Owen's first birthday party. She included so many fabulous details -- I'm loving the build a bot activity she had for the kids -- that I am going to let Candace tell you about it herself. You can read her own words at the end of the post.

[Inspiration] Robot Party for 100 Guests! P2

| Stephanie | Party Central Comments

Today's boy party inspiration is a follow up to the awesome robot themed birthday party thrown by Jane of Short and Sweets, which I featured last week. In that post, I showed you the dessert table Jane created to honor the birthdays of her son and nephew. This post features the activities and food that were at the party. And let's just say that with 100 guests to entertain and feed, no detail was missed. You have to check out her creative pasta bar after the jump - I don't think I have seen one quite like it before!
