8 ounces ground beef
3 slices of bacon
Dempster’s White Bread
4 slices of American cheese (or cheddar)
In a food processor, combine ground beef, bacon, salt, and pepper. Pulse until bacon and ground beef come together and bacon is finely chopped.
Form two patties and place on a preheated griddle over medium low heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or internal temp reaches 165.
Lightly brush olive oil on one side of two slices of bread.
Flip the bread over and on the other side, place two pieces of cheese on each slice.
When the burger is done, place on top of cheese with a tomato slice and place the other slice of bread on top.
Put the sandwich on a panini press or griddle and cook until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
