Gluten Free Almond Granola Parfait

I remember the first time I ever heard of celiac disease. It sounded so bizarre. How could eating something as simple as a piece of bread cause a problem? Van’s Simply Delicious® GLUTEN-FREE PARFAIT
- 1 ½ cups blackberries and raspberries
- 1 T lemon juice
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup water
- 1 T corn starch
- frozen vanilla yogurt
- Van’s Simply Delicious® Cranberry Almond Granola Clusters
- In a sauce pan, add berries, honey, lemon juice, water and corn starch and bring to a simmer. With a whisk, stir fruit until it is completely broken up.
- Remove from heat and strain out the seeds.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve over yogurt. Top with Van’s Simply Delicious® Cranberry Almond Granola.
