Easy Herbed Chicken and Vegetables – Cooked in a Bag

My days are always packed. From the morning drop off at school, to managing client projects and my work on Spaceships and Laser Beams, to Sams speech therapy and sports, I have to cram a lot into each day. One task I struggle with is preparing dinner. Not just any dinner either: a nutritious meal that everyone will actually enjoy! Sam and Mike are both very extremely picky eaters so when I can find that magical combination of something that they BOTH like to eat that is also good for them, I am beyond thrilled.
I just made a Mixed Herb Chicken dish from the new Bagn Season line from Club House and it was one of those wonderful nights where everyone devoured their food and looked for seconds.
When I first saw the Bagn Season line, I wasnt sure how I would feel about cooking chicken and vegetables in a bag. But I loved it.
The unique seasoning mixture also comes with a special flavour locking bag that keeps all the flavour and juice together to create a perfectly-cooked meal without tons of time. It was practically fool proof. I just placed the chicken and ingredients in the roasting bag provided, poured in the seasoning and put it in the oven.
I used skinless chicken thighs and the bag held in the juices so that the vegetables cooked in them and everything remained moist and flavourful. Sometimes when I roast chicken and vegetables together in the oven, some of the faster cooking vegetables dry out a bit before the chicken is done. This was so NOT the case Bagn Season.
