Christmas Stocking Stuffer Ideas

By  |

Some kids dive for their Christmas stocking before any other presents are opened, but in our family the sock was saved for last, as the cherry on top. It didn’t necessarily hold the most expensive gifts, but they were always fun items that you liked to get.

That favored status still influences me because I still think a sock stuffed with surprises makes the best gift! Whenever I want to gift a little something to teachers, friends and extended family, I love packing surprises in a Christmas stocking. Walgreens has a lot of small gift ideas that work well, most of which are under $25. I love to poke around in their aisles! There are all sorts of combos to be found.

This year I see they have a Nonie Crème Colour Eye Shadow Palette. What a welcomed surprise! Include a fashion magazine. And candies.

Or how about an Essie Nail Polish (#2-love all those Essie colors) and an Amope Pedicure kit? Have you tried the Amope? It’s awesome. It really smooths away rough skin, just like they advertise. Add a note to wish a girlfriend the best, from fingertips to toes.  With a magazine. And candies (noticing a trend?).

A guy’s sock might contain a Uno card game (#3), and an Activity Tracker (#1)… although I don’t think he would need to track a card game. Maybe pair an Activity Tracker with Bluetooth wireless earbuds (#5)? They’re rechargeable and they last for six hours. Forget the candy for your favorite fitness buff.

Any Star Wars fan would appreciate finding a package with their name and the exclusive to Walgreens Hallmark Star Wars Chewbacca ornament (#4). And candies!

Wrap up those surprises you found at Walgreens, pop them into a fun stocking and you’re ready to make some special deliveries. Ho-ho-ho!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Walgreens. The opinions and text are all mine.
