Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Birthday Party

Cowabunga! Check Out This Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Party!

Keisha over at Cupcake Wishes and Birthday Dreams recently had her son Adam’s fifth birthday party! He LOVES Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, so after a bedroom raid for inspiration, Keisha put together this fantastic birthday party!  Adam loves blue, so Keisha worked with that as her main color theme with lots of green added in. She wanted the party to feel like TMNT plus sewers, toxic ooze and New York City, since that’s where the turtles live!

The tablescape was  decorated with ninja toys so that the boys could go outside to play after eating! (Lunch was, of course, pizza!) The huge Leonardo toy was a birthday gift plus the table centerpiece! He’s holding on to a bunch of balloons!

Speaking of eating, the dessert table itself was a little more vibrant take on the theme. The streamer backdrop she did behind the sweets is super easy and economical.

Keisha created all the printables herself and you can find them in her Etsy shop. To round out her design — in addition to her own party supplies like the cool Happy Birthday banner — Keisha also used some of Adam’s toys to help pull the theme together. (Here’s the Raphael action figure if you need your own.)

These bottles of silly string are a great touch as well! What a fun way for the kids to run around and have some laughs together! Guests also enjoyed playing with bubbles in the yard.

He has taught her that it's okay to jump first and look later, to wear a dirty shirt to the park and to decide that today is a good day to take a nap in your rubber boots.
