Our party punch is a blend of fruity flavors that is perfect for any occasion.

With its sweet and tangy taste, it is sure to be a crowd-pleaser among both children and adults.

You’ll need:

  • 59-ounce container of Hawaiian Punch (about 7.5 cups)
  • 36 ounces of ginger ale (about 3 cans)
  • 2 cups of pineapple orange juice
  • Citrus slices for garnish (lemon, lime, and/or orange slices)
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries for garnish

Substitutions And Additions

JUICE: Substitute plain orange juice or plain pineapple juice for the orange pineapple blend in this delicious punch.

GINGER ALE: If you’re not a fan of ginger ale or want to try something different, you could substitute it with club soda for a less sweet, more refreshing version of the drink.

Alternatively, you could use a lemon-lime soda like Sprite or 7Up for a sweeter, more citrusy flavor.

RASPBERRIES: Feel free to swap out the raspberries for any other berries you prefer or have on hand.

Blueberries, strawberries, or a mix of berries would all work well.

How To Make This Party Punch Recipe

All of the ingredients come together in a punch bowl and combine to make this punch.

OUR RECIPE DEVELOPER SAYS

Ginger ale loses its carbonation after a couple of hours. Mix the punch up at the last minute, just before serving.

In addition, the ice will water down the punch as it melts.

STEP ONE: Fill a large punch bowl with ice.

PRO TIP:

If you’d like, add just a small amount of ice to the punch bowl/pitcher, and then add plenty of ice to the serving glasses.

If you do not fill the punch bowl with ice, though, you may want to double the recipe for a nice and full punch bowl.

STEP TWO: Add the Hawaiian Punch and orange juice blend, and stir together. Pour in the ginger ale and mix lightly to combine.

PRO TIP:

You can adjust the quantities of punch, juice, and soda in this drink recipe to your preferred taste.

How To Serve

It’s always fun to add a large bowl of punch to special events for your guests to drink.

Serve this tasty drink at birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, or holiday gatherings, along with our cucumber bites and stuffed mushrooms to snack on.

Pair it with grilled chicken skewers, a crisp tomato cucumber salad, and a side of corn on the cob.

When the weather heats up, serve your party drink alongside a selection of fresh, colorful fruit skewers or a watermelon salad.

For a sweet ending to your gathering, pair your party drink with a dessert like lemon bars, fruit tarts, or vanilla ice cream.

Our rainbow sherbet punch and orange sherbet punch are two great punch recipes that are creamy and add pretty pops of color to the bowl.

When To Serve

BACKYARD BARBECUE: Kick off your summer barbecue with a batch of this tasty drink.

GAME DAY GATHERING: Serve it during game day parties as a light and zesty alternative to traditional beverages.

COCKTAIL PARTY: Impress your guests at a cocktail party with this chic and tangy drink.

BRUNCH OR BREAKFAST: Offer a mimosa variation of this drink at brunch gatherings. It complements breakfast dishes like eggs Benedict and pastries.

Storage

If you have leftover punch, you can keep it in the fridge, but we find that this drink is best made as close to party time as possible.

IN THE FRIDGE: If you’d like to store the punch, remove the extra ice and all of the citrus.

The punch will be flat after being stored. Punch that sits with citrus rinds floating in it for an extended period of time will become bitter.

The raspberries can remain stored in the punch if you wish.

IN THE FREEZER: We do not recommend freezing this party punch. It is best made fresh.

Why We Love This Recipe

QUICK AND EFFORTLESS: With minimal prep and no complicated steps, it’s a breeze to whip up, even for novice cooks.

VIBRANT CITRUS FLAVOR: The zesty kick of fresh lemon and lime juice creates a refreshing and invigorating flavor.

PERFECT FOR CELEBRATIONS: Whether you’re hosting a casual get-together, a birthday party, or a special occasion, this drink adds a festive touch to any gathering.
