Is the great Halloween Costume Debate happening at your house? Kids have so much fun trying on alternate personas! If you haven’t already, I highly recommend covertly picking up a couple extra costumes while they’re readily available. Hide them so they aren’t discovered until Christmas. Your kids will think you’re a rock-star mom.

Another thing to pick up while they’re available is the REESE’S Snack Mix Snack Size. They’re only available until around Halloween and they’re exclusively found at CVS. They’re just the right size for tucking into a lunch bag or a pocket for on-the-go snacking.

Reese's Snack Mix

REESE’S Snack Mix Snack Size is that gratifying sweet and salty taste that includes REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Minis, REESE’S PIECES Candy, roasted Salted Peanuts and mini pretzels. Yum!

Owl Trick or Treat Candy Bar Wrappers

REESE’S Snack Mix is also just the right size for handing out to eager trick-or-treaters. They look so cute dressed up in these H-owl-oween wrappers, too.

Free Printable Candy Bar Wrappers for Halloween

Are you doing a Halloween party at your house this year? Here are some easy tips to make it your best Halloween ever:

  • Choose a theme and run with it. Tie in invitations, decorations, food and even games.
  • Make it family friendly and suggest everyone wears costumes—from experience I’ve noticed the dressing up brings out the kid in everyone. Your party will seem like fun even before it starts!
  • Decorations do not have to be elaborate to be effective—after all, those costumes add to the décor!—but they sure add to a festive atmosphere. Remember multiples make a great impact. For example, rather than use skeletons, witches, black cats, ghosts, owls, mummies, monsters, pumpkins AND bats, choose three elements and repeat them throughout your party space.
  • Hand-held finger food is the easiest way to go for hostess and guests, especially when there are little ones.
  • Plan for more activities than you think you might need so you are ready to shift directions should interest wane in a particular event.
  • Take lots of pictures!
