Space Astronaut Birthday ({Boy Party Ideas}

| By Stephanie Keeping Google+Comments

One of the most amazing things to come of our weekly boy party ideas linky is the amazing boy parties -- and talented women -- I have been discovering as a result. Featuring them -- and "meeting" them online too -- has been pretty exciting. This party is one of those discovered, as it was first featured on our boy party ideas linky two weeks ago.

I love the gorgeous simplicity of this space themed birthday party from My Garden PartyI really do wish I could style parties like this but I am from the more is more school of styling, LOL. This party was originally thrown for a 6 year old boy and Louise used a subtle mix of rocket ships, stars and earth balls to bring in the space theme. The overall effect is gorgeous. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all the white, and the way the blue pops.

On the table itself, guests received a time travel coloring book as well as the bouncy earth balls. The handmade rocket ships -- which doubled as placecards -- held star bags that contained candy/lolly treats. For even more details, check out Louise's original post.
