[Inspiration] Under the Sea Bash

| By Stephanie Keeping Google+

Cookies used as cupcake toppers. Umm...yes please. For any sweets lover,  like myself, that sounds like pure heaven. (Not to mention the fact that it looks super cute.) These glorious concoctions were part of a Under the Sea Birthday Bash that Kate of CupKates Event Design threw for her son's third birthday. Kate says that "I wanted to cut down on the amount of sweets at the party since my "clients" were only three, so I did the favor bar in conjunction with the desserts. The kids took a bucket and were able to pick and choose prizes to take home." The table is chock full of cute ideas from Shark Attack Snack Mix to Octopops to a dessert sushi that any kid would be willing to give a try.

These photos are courtesy of Cellar Door Photography. You'll find tons more as well as a rundown on the party in Kate's own words on her blog.
